Looking for a place to take the kids to trick-or-treat in a safe environment? Join the Parks & Leisure Services Department Annual Autumn Extravaganza Carnival at the Civic Circle Recreation Center. All ages are welcome. Admission is $1 per person. Don't forget to wear your favorite costumes and bring your trick-or-treat bags. Costume contest starts at 10 a.m. No registration is required. Concessions will be available at a minimal charge. Bring your camera to capture those precious memories of your kids in their festive costumes in our staging area.   • Ages 0-2: 10 a.m.
    Ages 3-4: 10:30 a.m.
    Age 5: 11 a.m.
    Age 6: 11:30 a.m.
    Ages 7-9: Noon
    Age 10+: 12:30 p.m.
