Sponsorship Packages

General Information: The opportunity to sponsor Old Town Business Association (OTBA) events is open to any business or professional organization interested in promoting the Lewisville Community and/or furthering the goals of the OTBA. Accepting a company’s sponsorship does not constitute an official endorsement by OTBA or its officers of any product or service offered by the sponsoring organization.

Sponsorship Options: The attached sponsorship opportunities are connected with the OTBA Western Days event to be held the first weekend in September. Sponsorship opportunities for other OTBA events are addressed separately. A business or entity interested in combining sponsorship of multiple OTBA events, or of the organization itself, should make a written proposal to the OTBA Board of Directors.

Levels of Sponsorship: Sponsorship for OTBA Western Days range from $500.00 up to $15,000.00 with different benefits provided at each sponsorship level. No sponsorship shall be considered exclusive unless stated below.

  • “Big Tex” Title sponsor - $15,000.00 (cash only)
    Cash Sponsor – Lewisville State Bank
    The sponsoring organization receives the following benefits and considerations:
    • Only one sponsor allowed at this level.
    • Sponsor shall be considered exclusive within its product or service group.  The sponsor’s name shall be attached to the event in all materials (i.e. The event shall officially be named the “Business X Western Days.”)
    • Sponsor shall receive up to 25 sponsor /VIP parking passes on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 121 guests at the sponsor/VIP reception.
    • Sponsor banner may be displayed at any event venue, including but not limited to performance stages, children’s area, vendor area and indoor activities. PLEASE NOTE: This does not include the two event area’s being operated by the Boys and Girls Club of Denton County.
    • Sponsor is exempt from all vendor fees related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for vendor booth space and parade placement.
    • Sponsors logo will be included on all printed materials and advertising, the OTBA event web site, and on any broadcast materials, produced by event organizers. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that media references include the sponsor’s name with the event.
    • Sponsor receives “right of first refusal” to serve as Title Sponsor
  • “Marshall”  - $10,000.00 (cash only)
    Cash Sponsor - None at this time
    The sponsoring organization receives the following benefits and considerations:
    • Only four sponsors allowed at this level, and no sponsor can violate the exclusivity of the Title sponsor (if any)
    • Sponsor shall be considered exclusive within its product or service group.
    • Sponsor shall receive up to 15 sponsor/VIP parking passes on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 8 guests at the sponsor/VIP reception.
    • Sponsor shall have its name attached to its choice of one of the following event venues: Main entertainment stage, dominos tournament, parade, vendor area. These venues shall be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
    • The sponsor’s name shall be attached to the selected event venue in all materials. (E.g. The venue shall officially be named the Business x main stage.”)
    • Sponsor banner may be displayed at the selected venue.
    • Sponsor is exempt from all vendor fees related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for vendor booth space and parade placement.
    • Sponsor logo will be included on all printed materials and advertising, the OTBA event web site, and on any broadcast materials produced by event organizers. It shall be displayed equal to other sponsors at this level and superior to all other sponsor mentions except the Title sponsor (if any).
    • Sponsor receives “right of first refusal” to serve as a sponsor at this level for the 2005 Western Days event.
       
  • “Sheriff”  - $5,000.00 (cash only) 
    Cash Sponsor - Medical Center of Lewisville
    In kind services - Lewisville Leader
    The sponsoring organization receives the following benefits and considerations:
    • 10 / VIP parking passes on site
    • Only eight sponsors allowed at this level, and no sponsor can violate the exclusivity of the Title Sponsor (if any) or “Marshall” Sponsor.
    • Sponsor shall not be considered exclusive within its product or service group.
    • Sponsor shall receive up to 10 sponsor/VIP parking passes on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 6 guests at the Sponsor/VIP reception.
    • Sponsor shall have its name attached to its choice of one of the following event venues: Community Stage (2), street dance area, gunfight staging area (2), quilt show, parking shuttle, street performance area. These venues shall be assigned on a first come, first service basis.
    • Sponsors name shall be attached to the selected event venue in all materials. (E.g. the venue shall officially be named the “business X community stage.
    • Sponsor banner may be displayed at selected venue
    • Sponsor is exempt from all vendor fees related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for vendor booth space and parade placement.
    • Sponsor logo will be included on all printed materials and advertising, the OTBA event web site, and on any broadcast materials produced by event organizers. It shall be displayed equal to other sponsors at this level and superior to all other sponsor mentions except the Title sponsor (if any) and “Marshall” sponsors.
    • Sponsor receives “right of first refusal” to serve as a sponsor at this level for the 2005 Western Days event.
       
  • “Deputy” - $2,500.00 (Cash or In Kind)
    Cash Sponsor - Bank of the West, Mid States Realty LLC,
    In Kind Sponsors - Andes Metal Processors, Sam Pack Ford Country, City of Lewisville, Denton County Connection, Digital Fish Technologies
    The sponsoring organizations receives the following benefits and considerations:
    • No sponsor can violate the exclusivity of the Title sponsor (if any) or “Marshall Sponsor.
    • Sponsor shall not be considered exclusive within its product or service group.
    • Sponsor shall receive up to 8 sponsor /VIP parking passes on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 4 guests at the sponsor /VIP reception.
    • Sponsor banner may be displayed at an event venue selected by the OTBA.
    • Sponsor is exempt from all vendor fees related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for vendor booth space and parade placement.
    • Sponsor logo will be included on all printed materials and advertising, the OTBA event web site, and on any broadcast materials produced by event organizers. It shall be displayed equal to other sponsors at this level and superior to all other sponsors mentions except the Title sponsor (if any), “Marshall” sponsors and “Sheriff” sponsors.
       
  • “Posse “ - $1,000.00 (Cash or In Kind)
    The following organizations receive the following benefits and considerations:
    Cash Sponsors – None at this time
    In kind - Arts and Graphics
    • No sponsor can violate the exclusivity of the Title sponsor (if any) or “Marshall” Sponsor.
    • Sponsor shall not be considered exclusive within it product or service group.
    • Sponsor shall receive up to 4 sponsor/VIP passes on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 2 guests at the sponsor/VIP reception.
    • Sponsor is exempt from all vendor fees related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, fees for vendor booth space and parade placement.
    • Sponsor logo will be included on printed materials and advertising as possible; sponsor name will be included on all other printed materials and advertising. It shall be shown on the OTBA event web site.
       
  • “Buckaroo” - $500.00 (Cash or In Kind)
    Cash Sponsor – Sam Pack Ford Country
    In Kind -
    The sponsoring organization receives the following benefits and considerations
    • No sponsor can violate the exclusivity of the Title sponsor (if any) or “Marshall” sponsor.
    • Sponsor shall not be considered exclusive within its product or service group.
    • Sponsor shall receive up to 2 sponsor/ VIP parking passes on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 2 guests at the sponsors/VIP reception.
    • Sponsors name will be included on all printed materials and advertising, and OTBA event web site.
       
  • Special mention sponsors - Under $499.99 Cash or In Kind services

    In kind – Dallas Tortilla and Tamale, 3K Land & Cattle, Texas Choice
    • No sponsor can violate the exclusivity of the Title sponsor (if any) or “Marshall” sponsor.
    • Sponsor shall not be considered exclusive within its product or service group.
    • Sponsor will receive 1 sponsor/VIP parking pass on site.
    • Sponsor shall be allotted 1 guest at the sponsors/ VIP reception
    • Sponsors name will be included on OTBA web site.
