Unfortunately, the "Sounds of Lewisville" summer concert series was a victim of revenue shortfalls this year, although the city does plan to bring the series back in 2011 if the budget allows. There remains the possibility of a few smaller musical performances later in the summer. If any are scheduled, they will be announced on the city's website and on this site. Plans also are underway for the "Sounds of Lewisville" fall series in October that will present a retrospective look at the Texas International Pop Festival that was held in Lewisville in September 1969.
